How does your made-to-order model work?
We operate on a pre-order basis to eliminate waste and retail markups. Once a campaign ends, our artisans begin crafting your items, ensuring the highest quality while passing the savings directly to you.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Since each pair is handcrafted specifically for you, shipping typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will provide regular email updates regarding the production status of your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, original condition. If the fit isn't perfect, we provide free shipping for exchanges within the contiguous United States.
What type of leather do you use for your shoes?
We exclusively use full-grain leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina. This ensures durability, breathability, and a beautiful patina that develops over time.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Yes, most of our footwear features Blake-stitched construction, which allows for easy resoling by any professional cobbler, significantly extending the lifespan of your shoes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve more countries in the near future.
